‘Everton Are Magic’ and so is our tee shirt. Based on the classic Gwladys Streetย end bannerย (If you know your history!) at the ‘Andy King derby’ of 1978 our tee is designed as close as possible to the lettering on the now legendary green banner. Quite why the banner was green we don’t think anyone knows apart from the guy who made it. Some offer up the story it was painted on the back of a Subbuteo pich, whilst others say it was a snooker/pool table baize.
Here we offer a shirt printed with white letters on an green tee to reflect the original banner and a more conventional royal blue tee with white print.
